Individuals over 65 years of age and/or with compromised immune systems should consider staying home and attending our on-line services.
Door Greeters will be suspended until further notice.
Entrance/Exit doors, Sanctuary doors will be suspended in the open position to eliminate contact with door handles. The doors will be open from 8:45 AM to 9:10 AM then again at the conclusion of the service.
No in-person communion.
Offering stations will be set up and no in-service offering plates will be used.
No printed materials will be handed out – announcements will be made verbally and posted on the Church website.
No coffee/snack table will be set up.
Signage will be posted reminding people to be symptom free or if they feel ill to attend virtually.
No Children’s Moment.
No Children’s in-person gatherings outside of the normal worship service.
No Choir; however special music will be included in the service.
Attendees will be asked to social distance upon entrance to the Church, while being seated and during any communications.
Social Distancing will be practiced during the service; families may sit together; however, non-family members will be at least six-feet apart in pews and the overflow area. Pews/chairs will be aligned, removed and/or marked to indicate areas for individuals to sit to ensure social distancing practices.
Face mask will be highly encouraged.
Hand sanitizers will be available and encouraged.
Printed materials will be removed from the pews.
The above protocol will be reviewed after the June 28th, 2020 service and updates will be made at that time.
Between gatherings the building is to be cleaned and no one will be allowed in the building until the Church areas being used have been cleaned; disinfecting high touch areas.
